How do I get my Realtek Audio Driver back on my HP laptop? It has completely disappeared. It is no longer in the Device Driver to add back or update. Ive tried to find the device driver by going to to device manager there is no audio to choose from and when I go down to the sound it only shows Bluetooth devices that are not in use anymore.

2024-11-23T18:17:34+00:00 OK so I looked at my settings before downloading the audio driver again, or trying to repair Windows using the in-place upgrade:

Also I was reading through the in place upgrade and I don't think I understand it. am I just installing the Windows 11 Installation Assistant and should I just go ahead and install this since my upgrade in settings is taking a very long time? I started it this morning about 9am est.
