Is the update that was applied that of Windows? Could you provide a screenshot or photo?
How do I get my Realtek Audio Driver back on my HP laptop?
How do I get my Realtek Audio Driver back on my HP laptop? It has completely disappeared. It is no longer in the Device Driver to add back or update. Ive tried to find the device driver by going to to device manager there is no audio to choose from and when I go down to the sound it only shows Bluetooth devices that are not in use anymore.
Thank you
Robyn F

Download this audio driver again.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp149001-149500/...
It will create a folder "C:\SWSetup\SP149476"
Run HPUP.exe and continue with the installation.
