How do I get my Realtek Audio Driver back on my HP laptop?

How do I get my Realtek Audio Driver back on my HP laptop? It has completely disappeared. It is no longer in the Device Driver to add back or update. Ive tried to find the device driver by going to to device manager there is no audio to choose from and when I go down to the sound it only shows Bluetooth devices that are not in use anymore.

    The command prompt is just not recognizing me c:\Users\rfuqu as the admin when I do the search

    So I just reopened the command prompt and hit run as admin. I was able to run the scan this time , here are the results. So do I start back at the beginning by trying to

    Press Windows key + R and type control userpasswords

    Press Enter

    Check if your account is set as administrator

    seems I'm not being recognized as the admin it says that the admin is only permitted to run action.

    i went back and did the command prompt and hot run as admin. So let see. brb

    Im having some issues as the command prompt is not recognizing me as the admin. so il let you know shortly after i figure that part out. My computer is gonna restart so il have to find this chat again. I'll be back soon. I really appreciate your patients and help.
