How do I get my Realtek Audio Driver back on my HP laptop?

How do I get my Realtek Audio Driver back on my HP laptop? It has completely disappeared. It is no longer in the Device Driver to add back or update. Ive tried to find the device driver by going to to device manager there is no audio to choose from and when I go down to the sound it only shows Bluetooth devices that are not in use anymore.

    See if you can update using the installer you downloaded from manufacturer website

    Found the problem my Norton ran an upgrade and upgraded to a new version that for whatever reason took out my sound. It popped up this time when I restarted my computer, so I reverted back to the old version. well well my sound is back, but I have an old version of the sound.
