I just recently did some automatic Windows updates on my computer and am getting a message that my version of Windows has reached the end of service. I currently have Windows 11 Pro 23H2 which should be the most recent one. Anyone else having this issue?

I have the same problem with my 2023 Lenovo P14s , running on Windows11 Home 22H2. It also says it reached it's end of life. I had enough with these problems , will be trashing this Lenovo into the bin. Buying a Apple Macbook next, and be done with these windows frustrations. I am using a mac mini too, never had a problem with it. Apple ecosystem is the way to go for me.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I was able to fix this issue by running the following commands in an elevated terminal session:
sfc /Scannow
DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
I then restarted the computer. After that I no longer had this issue with 23H2
from my experience. download latest image of Windows, run it. Select download updates, then continue. Select keep data and applications and install. Keep in mind, that it will take some minutes (in my case about 40 minutes and few restarts).

I had the TPM issue even though I had Windows 11 installed. On my Asus M/Board it had TPM - Discreet enabled but I had TPM - Firmware Disabled. Once I enabled that I didn't have an issue updating the OS. Clearly another MS Cluster F they didn't forsee when updating.
As for those postings, we should switch to whatever OS, Why are you even on this forum if you are not using MS? Clearly, you just want a statement and make it all about you. *Face Palm*. Me Me Me.
