I have exactly the same problem as this (reported earlier this year), but with the new KB5048239 update. I get the 0x80070643 error when it tries to install. Retried several times, but same issue. I'm pretty sure this is the same problem that I had back in January, too. All security updates have worked fine since then, till now. At that time I was told that this was a general problem with the update and a fix was being made by Microsoft. I did wait and eventually that previous update went away. Now here we are again...

The 2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034441) will not install on my Windows 10 laptop computer.
I get the following message There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x80070643) Retry
When I click on Retry it says its Installing-0% for a few minutes then Installed-100% and then I get Download Error (0x80070643) There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. Windows Update Troubleshooter could not fix this problem.
I'm not sure what to do, please help.

I've tried most of them and posted some feedback earlier in this thread. I am not a beginner at working with partitions, running scripts, editing the registry. I've been using Windows for 3 decades, re-installed it a hundred times, literally, manage software development successfully for big industrial operations. Your solutions do not work for many of us and at some point the only ethical thing to do is to acknowledge that the problem is at Microsoft.
Which of the fixes on following web-pages have you tried? Tell us which one worked for you.

I have no problem inserting an image. I see:
Above, the last icon (on the right) is a "grid" ("create a table").
Click the icon immediately to the left ("moon over rocky mountain") to insert an image, such as your screen-shot.
What error-message do you get when you try?

What worked for me was to puirchase a brand-new, larger, faster, in-warranty, disk-drive, and use the Macrium Reflect (commercial) software to "clone" from my antique disk-drive onto the new disk-drive.
The software can be used to "shrink" or "expand" each partition, during the copying, namely to enlarge the WinRE partition.
Then, physically detach the old disk-drive, boot from the new disk-drive, and let Windows Update successfully apply the update.
Label and keep the old disk-drive for "disaster recovery".
Done, although I wish that this path was not necessary.
