    Okay, I will find that for you, click your Start Button, then jsut type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.

    This is the official support page for your laptop, check if the BIOS version they provide needs to be installed,.

    Then also try installing the Nvidia drivers they provide on that support page.

    Download the Nvidia drivers from that support page for your laptop, can you get that version of the drivers installed?
