    I reinstalled the driver from the safe mode and there is another different proplem with another code
    (code 10)

    To go from Windows 11 to Windows 10, you would need to backup all your files, create a bootable Windows 10 USB and boot up your PC from that to clean install Windows 10, and then you would need to r-install all your apps and games.
