Did you go to the support page. I am not under warranty anymore so its asking me to pay $99.99. What exact steps did you use to contact the assist? I am being directed to HP SmartFriend.

2025-02-09T02:48:24+00:00 I don't remember exactly what I did, but I didn't pay. I kept going for the free advice, but I told them I was under warranty. This is a Microsoft/HP problem and they should do right by the customers.

2025-02-09T02:55:50+00:00 How can we update these drivers if we don't not have them? They are gone and we cannot download them from the HP website, even though it states that the download is complete. It is, but it does not show in the Device Manager.
