I have the same problem and performed all the steps above. This 'No ouput devices found' error occured after the Windows 11 update on December 16th or so. I now have no audio on the HP Envy laptop. Can Microsoft PLEASE do another upgrade to address this error in the previous upgrade as it seems to be a system-wide problem. Thank you very much!!
I also have an HP Envy Laptop now with no audio after the Dec update. I also do not have Bluetooth. I also tried all of the above steps again and still no solution.
Yes, same problem for me. Going round in circles. Very frustrating! Can we not speak with a human being at Microsoft support anymore?
