    I followed all the instructions, but I can't find Realtek listed. I did a few scans, but nothing shows up except Nvidia and it says it's up to date.

    Still no sound

    Device Manager shows for 'Intel Smart Sound Technology OED'

    ->Intel Smart Sound Technology OED

    -->Driver shows:

    ..The device works perfectly.

    ..Driver Version 10.23.3349.219 with date: 29.07.2020

    ->Firmware shows:

    ..Firmwareversion: 10.23.0.3343

    ->Happenings shows:

    .. Device configured and started

    There is no way to check the box/to set as Default.

    How to set the device as Default?
