HI! I think i found the problemm, In device manager, instead of looking at the sound drivers, look at the system devices and scroll down until you see "Intel Smart Sound Technology OED." Although there was an updated driver for this, Microsoft hadn't set it as the default in the update, so you just need to do it yourself. My sound is back on, and hopefully so is you guys' :-D

2024-12-28T00:24:42+00:00 Probably doesn't help, but the issue solved itself for me in the last couple days, by itself. Can't really say the exact time because I was running with my realtek audio device turned off anyway and just today I tried turning it on to test, and it was working normally.
