I updated a desktop from windows 23H2 to 24H2 but windows update history shows as 23H2 and winver as well

I updated my desktop PC from windows 23H2 to 24H2 but Windows update history shows as 23H2 and Winver as well. Additionally, 24H2 was not shows on win update page.

Hi Krasimir,

It's the same error again. Maybe you can consider resetting Windows with the Keep my Files option.

To reset Windows 11 keeping files, open Settings > Recovery, click “Reset PC,” select “Keep my files,” and “Cloud downoad.”

    I'd suggest running these commands and posting the output this time:

    diskpart
    select disk 2
    list part
    list vol
    exit
    bcdboot c:\windows /s Y:

    I'd like to see the output of those commands. If you haven't closed the Command Prompt window, post the output here. Don't rerun them; doing so will cause problems.
