Windows Update says "Get the newer version of Windows to stay up to date. Your version of Windows has reached the end of service". How to update this, if this statement is true?

I'm fed up with Windows 11. It keeps freezing all the time. Then I get this circle going round and round, I've even bought Windows, and it still does it. I would rather have Windows 10

I had a win10, your new win11 came available to upgrade, so I let you to setup this win10 to this upgrade 👌. Now this system is still win10 with about a year. When are you going to have this win10 that I have to you. You built this not me. Please let me know how to do on what in next 😫

I have not used a getup like this before plus I an 70 years old.

So if to had fix this together ❤️ then please uses fully rebuild this system to new win11, thanks.

What do i need to do if this is true to update it? Doesn't look like the update button is even working.

The Windows 11 Installation Assistant - is as useless as T's on a bull. It opens and says run the compatability test - you download and run that. It says it is compatable - there is no continue and update windows just hey - how does it feel to want?
