Fix Bluetooth problems in Windows

I bought a Discord keyboard and now I can't connect it to my Laptop, it won't work with bluetooth and also not with the cable connection.

Does someone know what I can do?

    my cluetooth mouse wont connect, ive tryed everything and it has to be my pc or bluetooth.
