How do i create this disk 100mb part in efi(disk1-ssd) my disk 0 is hdd which automatically created efi whereas my windows is installed in ssd so i want to make efi in disk1-ssd

    That's strange. The system is not finding the WindowsRE folder, although it exists.

    Can you run the last three commands from Safe mode?

    Ok. After pasting that file, run:

    reagentc /setreimage /path C:\Recovery\WindowsRE

reagentc /enable

reagentc /info

    Post the output.

    Boot into Safe mode with networking.

    Run these commands from admin Command Prompt.

    takeown /f  C:\recovery  /r /d y

icacls C:\recovery  /grant administrators:F /T /C

rd C:\Recovery /s /q

md C:\Recovery\WindowsRE

start C:\Recovery\WindowsRE
