Windows Update 0x80070643

This error will not go away I kid you not. After increasing my recovery partition to 1GB and yet still there, ive already digged into the web deep enough and yet not even working. And no, I don't use bitlocker, just please get this annoyance off.

These 2 updates are the reason holding me back from updating windows properly

It's good now.

You can update the WinREVersion registry value here if it's not already updated.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion

Hopefully, WU will no longer offer that update.

    Well after that inplace upgrade, Windows secruity is acting up for some reason.

    Ill try to install the updates.

    Well the windows update stuck it at 0% installing for a while before this

    Edit: the windows secruity updates also got the same error as the WinRE updates.

    It's the WinRE security update. It fails because DISM reports "not enough memory" error during the commit. The Winre.wim size and version look fine; it's the base WIM.
