Windows 11 Pro 24H2 (build 26100.3194) ms-settings, start button, search and other not working, Unable to reinstall in place.

My desktop computer:

built for windows 11,

12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400, 2500 Mhz,

BIOS American Megatrends Inc. 9003, 11/04/2022 ,

SMBIOS 3.4 ,

ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. PRIME H610T2-CSM D4 MotherBoard

After last update, ms-settings, start button, search bar and other fuctionality does not work,

I tried as usually with elevated cmd:

sfc /scannow -> no problem detected

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth -> no problems detected

DISM.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth -> restore succeded.

reinstall in place (after configuring for a clean startup) terminate (100%) but does not succed.

This is my C:\Windows\Logs\SetupDiag\setupdiagresults.xml:

I checked the

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:"E:\sources\install.wim" from a mounted iso of windows 11 24H2 that I downloaded for the In place Reinstall.

I restarted OS but nothing changed.

From the Event Wiewer I found a lot of DistributedCOM 10001 errors (Sorry but my Windows OS is Italian):

    1. no device drivers to delete with cleanmgr.exe
    2. Driver Store Explorer does not works. I downloaded last version and extracted zip file on "D:\Users\Antonella\OneDrive\Downloads\DriverStoreExplorer.v0.12.55". i click on rapr.exe but app does not start. i tried to move to "C:\DriverStoreExplorer.v0.12.55" but nothing change.

    1. Did you run cleanmgr.exe as administrator?
    2. Right-click "rapr.exe" and click Properties. Select "unblock" and click OK. Can you run it now?

    I try another time in place install with new WIFI Driver, then I proceed with the other tasks ....

    1. I connected pd with ethernet, ununstalled wifi network card but system crashed so I uninstalled card and delete old driver.soit was possible to reinstall microsoft updated driver (2016) that works correctly.
    2. I repeated in place reinstall without getting updates.The process terminated correctly and at reboot and login, i saw the default microsoft process for prepare user in the newly installed Windows environment. At end, start menu, ms-settings ecc. didn'twork but search worked.
    3. i repeated in place reinstall with update and this time start menu worked,search worked while ms-settings didn't work.
