Windows 11 Pro 24H2 (build 26100.3194) ms-settings, start button, search and other not working, Unable to reinstall in place.

My desktop computer:

built for windows 11,

12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400, 2500 Mhz,

BIOS American Megatrends Inc. 9003, 11/04/2022 ,

SMBIOS 3.4 ,

ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. PRIME H610T2-CSM D4 MotherBoard

After last update, ms-settings, start button, search bar and other fuctionality does not work,

I tried as usually with elevated cmd:

sfc /scannow -> no problem detected

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth -> no problems detected

DISM.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth -> restore succeded.

reinstall in place (after configuring for a clean startup) terminate (100%) but does not succed.

This is my C:\Windows\Logs\SetupDiag\setupdiagresults.xml:

I checked the

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:"E:\sources\install.wim" from a mounted iso of windows 11 24H2 that I downloaded for the In place Reinstall.

I restarted OS but nothing changed.

From the Event Wiewer I found a lot of DistributedCOM 10001 errors (Sorry but my Windows OS is Italian):

    i cant rename folders in 24h2 can you helpme please? whenever i try to rename it says that the folder does not exist

    The crashed driver seems to be a very outdated one, from 2014.

    1)

    Please open cleanmgr.exe as administrator.

    Select the C: drive. 

    Select "Device driver packages". 

    Click OK. 

    Click "Delete Files" when prompted.

    2)

    Download Driver Store Explorer:

    Run Driver Store Explorer.

    From the File menu, click "Export all drivers". Select a folder where the drivers will be backed up.

    Then, uninstall the following driver packages using that tool:

    • netwbw02.inf
    • ibtusb.inf
    • hpreststub.inf
    • hpwia_ljm148m149_uwwl_4-1.inf
    • unusedscanstub_ljm148m149_uwwl_4-1.inf

    If necessary, use the "Force deletion" checkbox.

    3)

    Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool 64-bit (FRST64.exe)

    Note: If Microsoft Edge or Chrome mislabels the Farbar Scanner executable as PUA/malware, choose to keep it by tapping … in the bottom bar, choosing Keep, and then choosing Keep anyway in the dialog that appears.

    If the OS language is non-English, rename FRST64.exe to FRST64English.exe.

    Run the program. Don't check or uncheck any options. Click "Scan".

    Add the two logs, FRST.txt and Addition.txt, to a Zip archive, share them and post the link here.

    Note:

    1. Since the crashed driver is a network/Wi-Fi driver, see if you can obtain the latest driver before uninstalling the existing driver.

    Or, use the ethernet connection if possible.

    1. Update the BIOS for PRIME H610T2-CSM D4 :

    Update:

    Just found that no devices are using the outdated "netwbw02.inf" driver. So, I think you can go ahead and delete those driver packages after backing them up.

    Your Intel Wi-Fi adapter seems to load the newer driver (NETWTW04.SYS). So, that's good.
