Windows 11 Pro 24H2 (build 26100.3194) ms-settings, start button, search and other not working, Unable to reinstall in place.

My desktop computer:

built for windows 11,

12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400, 2500 Mhz,

BIOS American Megatrends Inc. 9003, 11/04/2022 ,

SMBIOS 3.4 ,

ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. PRIME H610T2-CSM D4 MotherBoard

After last update, ms-settings, start button, search bar and other fuctionality does not work,

I tried as usually with elevated cmd:

sfc /scannow -> no problem detected

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth -> no problems detected

DISM.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth -> restore succeded.

reinstall in place (after configuring for a clean startup) terminate (100%) but does not succed.

This is my C:\Windows\Logs\SetupDiag\setupdiagresults.xml:

I checked the

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:"E:\sources\install.wim" from a mounted iso of windows 11 24H2 that I downloaded for the In place Reinstall.

I restarted OS but nothing changed.

From the Event Wiewer I found a lot of DistributedCOM 10001 errors (Sorry but my Windows OS is Italian):

    Yes, it's better. 0xC1900101 is a driver issue.

    1. Please enable Memory Integrity. To do so, go to Windows Security → Device security → Core isolation details → Memory integrity.

    (If it shows any incompatible drivers, post the screenshot here.)

    1. Share your setup logs. The following batch file collects the setup logs and saves the zip file to your desktop.

    Download setuplogscollect.bat and save it to the desktop.

    Right-click on the downloaded file and click Properties. Click "Unblock" and click OK.

    Extract the batch file to the desktop.

    Right-click on the file and choose "Run as administrator"

    (The batch file contains plain text code. You can read its contents using Notepad before running it. It collects the setup logs, msinfo32.exe information, and the compatibility appraiser results from your system.)

    Unfortunately in place installation did not succeed but it was better then before.

    The process completed until 100% then showed msg "your pc wil be rebooted in few time ...", but this time the pc really rebooted instead of showing the "windows 11 install failed" message. After reboting i see this popup:

    So this time the process proceeded until the SECOND_BOOT and this is really better then before! You can see the errors 0xC1900101 and 0x40021.

    Thank really for your great help and knowledge. What to do now??

    done import of cbsfix.reg with regedir run in advancedrun app as trustedinstaller.

    No errors !

    Now downloading the iso for my pc as from your istructions ...

    Now mounting the downloaded image and reinstall in place ...wait
