BAD SYSTEM CONFIG INFO error

Hello, since 2 days ago I have had a bluescreen with the stopcode above, I've tried many different ways to fix it, even went up to install windows 11 twice on the system with no result.

I've got no idea what I need to do or if my system is just done for.

Could someone help or assist me?

    If you are unable to get into WIndows and none of the recovery options are working for you from the Recovery Environment, then you will need to create a bootable Windows 11 USB on another working PC and boot your PC from that, then rather than installing Windows 11, select ‘Repair this Computer’ that will give you access to the Recovery Environment from there

    In the Recovery Environment on the USB, try each avaialble option.

    Click this link:

    to download the Media Creation Tool to create the bootable USB.

    Then, Boot your PC from the Installation Media you just created (change Boot Order in your BIOS)

    I have tried to uninstall updates before with no effect. I cannot reset the computer somehow, it says it didn't work or can't work. Also I've downloaded the windows 11 installer twice so there are anymore updates. I just get the same crash everytime.

    Thank you for that information.

    From the Recovery Environment, have you tried to unsintall the latest update, the System Restore option and if both those fail, have you tried the Windows Reset option while keeping your files.

    I can get in the advanced options area etc but I can't access safe mode or just into windows. If I select safe mode it simply redoes the bluescreen.

    Thanks for the help atleast but I have no idea what to do.

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Are you able to get into Windows?

    If you are unable to get into Windows:

    Are you able to access the recovery environment using these steps?

    Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

    Do this twice

    On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.

    If you can get into WIndows:

    Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

    Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

    Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

    Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
