SSD 990 EVO Plus (m.2) in bios but not in Windows NT!

SAMSUNG SSD 990 EVO Plus (m.2)

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z370 HD3P-CF

Windows NT Home

I see the SSD in the Bios but not in the manager or explorer.

When booting from an old windows 10 disk it is visible, but not in Windows NT

Please help!

    I am sorry, I am not familiar with where Microsoft may have service centers, they may have one local to you.
