How do you install new bios system?

Ive got a new ssd and when i start upp the computer it says ”boot device not found please install an operating system on your hard disk”. I have an hp victus

    The usb doesn’t show upp when plugging it in the other computer

    Right click your Start Button and open Disk Management, expand the bottom pane in that utility so all drives are visible in there, please provide a screenshot of that window.

    It’s in Swedish but the usb is in the bottom I saw it now Image Now when I try to download windows 11 on it i just get this error code 0x80072EE7 - 0x20000

    Right click that bottom drive with the black header and select New - Simple Volume' and accept the defaults.
