Ive got a new ssd and when i start upp the computer it says ”boot device not found please install an operating system on your hard disk”. I have an hp victus

When I’m at the choose location to install windows 11 there is two choices both doesn’t work. There pops upp message “the chosen disc has a MBR partition table. On EFI-system can operativesystem only install on GPT discs
The installation program doesn’t support konfiguration if or installation on discs that are connected with a USB or IEEE 1394-port
Windows needs to be installed on the drive that is reporting the MBR - GPT error.
At the very start of the installation process, press Shift + F10, or Shift + Fn + F10 to open Command Prompt
Run this command and hit Enter:
diskpart
Run this command and hit Enter:
list disk
(Make note of the disk number of the drive you want to convert and enter it into the next command - replace X)
Run this command and hit Enter:
select disk X
Run this command and hit Enter:
clean
Run this command and hit Enter:
convert gpt
Then close Command Prompt and start the installation again.
Now my usb won’t work
It doesn’t show up at please select boot device
Are you sure you did not format the USB using those steps instead of the internal drive?
I did all the steps and wrote down the disk 0 idk what that was but it was the only option
