How do you install new bios system?

Ive got a new ssd and when i start upp the computer it says ”boot device not found please install an operating system on your hard disk”. I have an hp victus

    It’s in Swedish but the usb is in the bottom I saw it now Image Now when I try to download windows 11 on it i just get this error code 0x80072EE7 - 0x20000

    Right click your Start Button and open Disk Management, expand the bottom pane in that utility so all drives are visible in there, please provide a screenshot of that window.

    Yes, that is correct, when you reach the Command Prompt, run the diskpart command, then the list disk command and please provide a photo of that command prompt widow before you proceed to the next command.
