You can reset Windows via Settings.
Option Settings > System > Recovery > Reset PC:
Choose the "Keep my files" and "Cloud download" options when prompted.

Chances are those icons are probably shortcuts from your old installation, perhaps synced via OneDrive. In that case, all you need to do is delete those shortcuts. I hope you can install Store apps and run them correctly.
