    Hi Quan,

Please share the latest log mentioned below:

    C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther\setupact.log

Press Win + R, type "C:$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther" and press Enter.

    Copy "setupact.log" to the desktop.

Zip the file and share it on OneDrive.

The command needs to be run from an admin Command Prompt window.

Click Start, type "cmd" (without quotes)

Right-click Command Prompt or Command Prompt (Admin)

    Select "Run as administrator".

Now, run the chkdsk command posted earlier.

    1. Please delete the contents of the "C:$WINDOWS.~BT" folder. It may be hidden.
    2. Run the following command from the admin Command Prompt: Chkdsk C: /F

Press Y when you see this prompt:

The type of the file system is NTFS.

    Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another

process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be

checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

Restart Windows and let chkdsk finish the scan and repairs.

    1. After restarting Windows, upgrade to 24H2 using the ISO. Follow these steps:

Download Windows 11 Media Creation Tool (MCT) from this link:

    https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2156295

Run MCT and download the ISO it recommends for your system. Do *not* uncheck "Use the recommended options for this PC".

Right-click on the downloaded ISO and choose "Mount." This assigns the ISO a drive letter.

Run setup.exe from the ISO drive. This starts the in-place upgrade/repair installation.

(Your files, settings and applications will be preserved if you use the ISO recommended for your system by the Media Creation Tool.)
