    Hi Quan,

I understand your concerns. The batch file contains plain text code. You can read its contents using Notepad before running it. It collects the setup logs, msinfo32.exe information, and the compatibility appraiser results from your system.

Or, you can share the following setup log file manually:

    C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther\setupact.log

Note: "C:$WINDOWS.~BT" is a hidden folder. To access it, press Win + R, type "C:$WINDOWS.~BT" and click OK.

Please share it on OneDrive and post the link.

    1. Also, open Disk Management and maximize it. Adjust the column widths in the top pane to make all the entries visible. Post a screenshot.

    Hi Quan, This is Ramesh.

The error code 0x800700B7 means "Cannot create a file when that file already exists". This can be caused by file system corruption. Please share your setup logs so the issue can be narrowed down.

The following batch file collects the setup logs and saves the zip file to your desktop.

Download setuplogscollect.bat and run it as administrator.

    https://winhelponline.com/files/setuplogscollec...

Right-click on the downloaded file and click Properties. Click "Unblock" and click OK.

Right-click on the file and choose "Run as administrator"

It outputs a SetupLogs.zip file on your desktop.

Share the file on OneDrive and post the download link here.
