Hi ramesh its been a while now and my laptop its getting random freeze and blackscreen maybe happen when i open app and close it but i dont know seem kinda random

    Hi Quan,

You may consider clean installing Windows 11.

Before that, backup the drivers using these commands:

    md D:\Drivers

    DISM /online /export-driver /destination:D:\Drivers

(Assuming D:\ is your external drive.)

Ok. If this happens frequently, consider installing Windows cleanly.

Before that, backup the drivers using these commands from admin Command Prompt:

    md D:\Drivers

    DISM /online /export-driver /destination:D:\Drivers

(Assuming D:\ is an external drive.)
