Latest Update Turns My Screen Green [Dolby Vision]

So, since the latest update Dolby Vision seems to be now forced on for me. Even though it is not ticked in the settings, it still forces it. It turns everything on my screen green. Then if I go into the settings, I turn it on and back off it fixes it. However, when running certain games, it launches with Dolby Vision activated. It's really annoying. When I restart my PC, it kicks back on too and everything goes back green.

Anyone else have this issue?

I'm wondering if anyone else has any issues with sound? I am using a HDMI out on my 3080ti into a Marantz AV receiver for Dolby Atmos surround sound, and just since this dolby vision issue started I have been intermittently (maybe 1 in 3 or 4 times i boot my PC) getting cracking sounds and cutouts in the speakers, when it happens sometimes switching the PC sound to TV out and back to the receiver fixes it, sometimes it fixes it but only temporarily, and sometimes it doesn't fix it and I need to restart the PC.

I am not 100% sure that these issues are related, could just be a coincidence with 2 dolby softwares in windows having issues starting at similar times, and im sure that there are a lot more people with LG oleds than there are with dolby atmos receivers, but i am curious if anyone has one whether you are having this issue or not, and if so whether it started at the start of June like the dolby vission issue did.

I have the same issue. This wasn't a problem until a recent Windows Update. I spent hours troubleshooting HDMI cabling before finding posts like this.

Microsoft's Quality Assurance has gone by the wayside.

Putting my PC to sleep and waking it up seems to get around this. Every reboot turns on the setting despite it being unchecked.

I am seeing the exact same issue with Windows 11 on my end. Rebooting it resets the Dolby Vision mode to ON every time. Fix this ASAP please Microsoft. Everything is green and purple on boot every day.

    Nvidia 50 series GPU

    LG C2 42" TV / Monitor
