If you look under about for your LG C3/C2 it does show Dolby Vision and the Version update for it. So yes those TVs have and can use Dolby Vision. but it is not working right for I bet all of us.
Even adding a Hkey to DV under Display to permanently turn it off will not fix this.

For me I think I may have found a temp fix untill microsoft fixs this issues. It is not our hardware.
For now I have used NVIDIA to just change one setting.
under Display>Change resolution>Tic use Nvidia color settings> only thing to chnage is >output dynamic range> limited.
tested after power down and reset. Tested 10 times. Every time no more Green/Pink and HDR is still working and Game mode is still working.
With setting in windows for dolby vision turned off. This is I hope a Temp fix untill Microsoft Fix's the coding for DV to work as it should.
