Latest Update Turns My Screen Green [Dolby Vision]

So, since the latest update Dolby Vision seems to be now forced on for me. Even though it is not ticked in the settings, it still forces it. It turns everything on my screen green. Then if I go into the settings, I turn it on and back off it fixes it. However, when running certain games, it launches with Dolby Vision activated. It's really annoying. When I restart my PC, it kicks back on too and everything goes back green.

Anyone else have this issue?

ALL - (*I still have HDR enabled) --- I noticed that when I changed my Display --> Change Resolution in the Nvidia Control Panel ... I changed the "Output dynamic range" from "FUll" to "8-bit" - corrected the green tint. Regardless, Microsoft or Nvidia made a mistake here and we have to wait for one of them to fix it.
