Win10, Right click on pinned programs in Start Menu no longer have file list

I'm pretty sure this occured after the latest update (which is actually four updates). I removed all four updates and the right click latest file function is still not there.

The update was: March 25, 2025-KB5055063 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 - Microsoft Support

The first update removed as listed is KB5054978. I lost track of the other 3 updates installed at the same time.

THIS IS THE EXACT MAIN REASON I WOULDN'T GO TO WINDOWS 11!!!! I'll be glad when there are no more win10 updates!

How do I get this right click function back? Below is the menu I get when I now right click on a pinned start menu, program:

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Windows update

    There's no explanation. I manage 8 Windows 10 Pro computers, and the jumplists have disappeared on 6 of them. I don't understand why they're still working on the other 2.

    The only thing I can think of is that the updates came automatically on those 2, and on the remaining 6, I clicked the "Check for updates" button before they started checking.
    I restored the backup and let it update automatically, and the error appeared again, so the error isn't from pressing the button.

    Perhaps what I’m about to say isn’t helpful to anyone, but this issue doesn’t exist in Windows 10 LTSC. I mean, in Windows 10 LTSC 21H2, you can install the cumulative update KB5055518, but the recent items (or jump list) aren’t broken, and they still appear there.

    I can confirm that this new update for Windows 10 does not fix the missing jumplist issue.
