Realtek Audio Driver not showing up in Device Manager or Services. Realtek Audio Console says "can not connect to RPC service."

Recently I was checking my audio settings in Windows 11 and I notice the Realtek option wasn't anywhere to be found. I need the Realtek option for the audio ports on my PC. I re-installed the Realtek Audio Drivers from my motherboards driver site countless times and nothing worked or showed up. They seem to be installed in the system, but they don't show anywhere else. I tried to see if my Device Manager showed them, but no luck. I tried watching different videos on how to fix it, but all of them needed to go into either Device Manager or Services where the Realtek Audio Driver isn't showing. I don't know what to do and have tried what seems like everything. The Realtek Audio Drivers install fine and should be working. I have tried using the "Show hidden devices" option, still nothing as well as the "Scan for hardware changes" option. Another problem I am having is with the Realtek Audio console. It gives a message saying, "Can not connect to RPC service." I don't really know what that means. My PC used to be working fine with Realtek, but now it doesn't want to show me anything in Device Manager or Services. I have tried updating BIOS and checking BIOS settings (HD Audio Controller).

Motherboard: MSI PRO B760M-P DDR4

GPU: NVIDIA Geforce RTX 2070 SUPER

Windows 11

Version 24H2

    Yes, I booted into Ubuntu and tried it and didn't install it. There was no Realtek driver reconized.

    Hi ,

    So it's hardware, I'm sorry there are reports of audio chip failures on the motherboard, in which case you can contact MSI about the problem if it's under warranty.

    It might be hardware but I used to be able to see Realtek Audio Drivers before and same with the Realtek Audio Console. Not sure why it would just stop working now.

    Hi ,

    As I said, what happens when the audio chip is not identified and the driver is not showing up is a hardware problem. It was probably working before and now it has stopped working.

    I've seen this problem occur on several motherboards.

    I'll ask another question: is there a driver in the system devices tab with an error or that says Intel Smart Sound?
