Driver verifier is only used in case the BSOD keeps happening without indicating a specific cause.

See if the BSOD issue occurs after deleting the file.

It let me delete them in safe mode without driver verification enabled. It did not BSOD. Should I run the verifier again to see if it does BSOD?

The minidump file indicated that it was still with Driver Verifier enabled, disable it and see if the BSOD still occurs.

If it occurs, send the new minidump files.

Yeah, am I supposed to try and delete is while in safe mode with driver verifier enabled? or was that just to produce minidump files?
