Is that laptop (HP Laptop 15-fd0153wm) in your screenshot the laptop with the problem?

If it is, I checked the Network drivers on that link on the HP website, they provide Intel, MediaTek and Realtek WiFi drivers for that laptop model.

I do not know which of those cards is in your laptop, you will need to download the 3 drivers indicated below then try installing each oof those until you find the driver that gets the WiFi working on your laptop.
