Windows store is installed and photos is also working properly.

    Thanks for the clarification.

    Did you download the Media Creation Tool, use it to get the Windows 11 ISO, and then run the In-place Upgrade using the downloaded ISO?

    The in-place Upgrade should have fixed this.

    Was the In-place Upgrade completed successfully?
