Hi,
I am trying to sign into my laptop as normal, but it says my password has been entered incorrectly so I have to enter the challenge phrase A1B2C3 and then my password. I know my password is correct but it keeps locking me out saying it is incorrect. I've followed Windows 11 tutorials to fix login issues but none mention the challenge phrase, which seems to be our issue.

I think this may be a conflict with Bitlocker, who some commenters have noted they have installed. I do too.
I don't understand why my login error says I failed multiple times to insert the proper PIN. I got the failed pin msg. even though I never attempted to insert it.
I solved this problem after noting that the challenge phrase is case-sensitive. And that using caps lock does not produce capital letters. You have to use the shift key to capitalize the letters in the challenge phrase.

My widows 11 PC has me locked out of windows and is asking for a challemge phrase. I do not know what that is. How can I unlock windows after it does not accept my fingerprint or password or PIN?
