Locked out of my laptop
Windows 11 Sign Issues with Challenge Phrase
Hi,
I am trying to sign into my laptop as normal, but it says my password has been entered incorrectly so I have to enter the challenge phrase A1B2C3 and then my password. I know my password is correct but it keeps locking me out saying it is incorrect. I've followed Windows 11 tutorials to fix login issues but none mention the challenge phrase, which seems to be our issue.

2023-11-03T20:43:48+00:00 Ah! Well, I managed to finally get in. Sadly, by deleting my files and rebooting windows a few times, until it reset itself to brand new laptop. Thankfully, I have some files saved. But the really important files, have all been deleted. But at least, I've saved myself a lot of money. Advise will be, save your important files. Then reset through command prompt. It didn't work at first, I had to keep closing my system down, until it finally took the reset. Details they don't tell you about, and have to find by accident...🙄😬😒
