win 11 does not auto login did 2days ago no problem, all updated about same time, have tried all the suggestions, netplwiz, regitedit mods the lot, double check pc name in domain, workgroup,

as the only person on this pc was happy when it auto log on  my laptop updated and auto log on no problems  if i set netplwiz and uncheck users must enter password  and put password in when i restart login screen come up with 2 accounts 1 with no picture as says password incorrect and the other (correct Accout) if i put pin into correct account all ok whats going on microsoft

    I know you already tried netplwiz. But this is another fix entirely buried deeper in netplwiz. Please follow it closely and see if it fixes it like it did for the hundreds of others who liked the Answer.

    sorry mate have tried netplwiz still the same

    It's probably too late since the ghost account was already written into the BCD, which we can edit. ?????

    have unlinked one drive from pc then reinsttal

    It's probably too late since the ghost account was already written into the BCD, which we can edit.
