My Dell Laptop has crashed --- see screenshots -- is any command in CLI run to bring Windows 10 back???

I have Windows 10 21H2 installation media DVD

like

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

sfc /scannow

follow this... >> ????

The most common is to go first with CHKDSK, then SFC, and finally DISM

Yes, the installation process will allow you to delete the partitions on an SSD.

    The command:

    SFC

    needs an internet connection?

    can you tell the commands after sfc,

    After these and reboot fails do a reinstall from Windows 10 DVD...?

    The command:

    SFC

    Is it OK after sfc run:

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    and after:

    ====

    bootrec /FixMbr

    bootrec /FixBoot

    bootrec /ScanOs

    bootrec /RebuildBcd

    =====

    tried before:

    C:>bootrec /FixMbr

    The operation completed successfully.

    C:>bootrec /FixBoot

    Access is denied.
