Windows 10 Pro display different languages when right clicking on the taskbar

In my case I have an entirely non-English Windows 10 interface and just a few days ago I started noticing that the ribbon in Explorer is now falling back to English names on a bunch of options like "Computer", "Share", "Drive Tools". Oddly enough, all options inside those menus are in the native language instead of English (as they should).

Dozens of Win10 machines with this same issue. It bears all the hallmarks of rushed Windows Updates.

No fix as of yet, not even an acknowledgement from Microsoft as far as I can tell.

If it turns out to be an optional update, good riddance... otherwise, not worth the trouble for the moment, hoping for Microsoft to get around to fix it.

Then problem can be Windows Update then.

After restoring the image, monitor closely for the problem as it might be in the image.

If not then make sure System Restore is enabled so you can go back before it starts. System Restore is your first line of defense if Windows ever malfunctions as it can run even from recovery media to get you back before a problem started like a time machine. It should always be turned on C drive with plenty of disk space (5-15%) configured. If the problem repeats or System Restore doesn't work then check which Windows Updates were installed at Settings > Update & Security > Windows Updates > Update History, uninstall them there or System Restore again, then immediately check for and block the Updates with the Hide Updates tool explained here which I would install now so it's ready:

If the problem is in the image, then I'd Clean Install per tutorial in my previous post. Make it a diagnostic install by monitoring for the issue after you reinstall each app, Update, settings or any modifications. Have System Restore points set so you can roll back before the change that causes this, if you isolate it.

I have the same issue on three PC's.

I am using backups from clean installations on all three PC's.

When the backups are used everything is OK with all Swedish menus but after some time the issue appears although no new software ( except Windows update ) has been installed.

After everything you have tried, I'm afraid the only option left is to Clean Install Windows using the Swedish language installer:

However if this is an organizational setting I would ask your IT desk first, as it may be a known issue.
