Windows 10 Pro display different languages when right clicking on the taskbar

The pictures explain the problem!
This is on one of my two Win 10 Pro computers, the other computer has only Swedish menus!
Can't find settings for this anywhere!

2022-03-01T03:25:59+00:00 I got the email notification from MagicalDog with the profanity, went to the thread in my Moderator account, and it said it was deleted by the System for Violation of TOS (Terms of Service).
I didn't have to say anything, I did it because I was so happy to see you come into the thread to give a solid answer and then continue to help.
I will restore them all so you can see what the system says when you click the date about who exactly deleted them. I think it's the bug that was just described.

2022-03-01T02:56:04+00:00 Okay, I give up. The system completely blanks my replies for no apparent reason. Please, do delete me image which you undeleted without request or authorization. This forum is very unstable at this point, not something I would care to use in the future.
