hey, guys, OP here š
so sorry for the late reply but I did manage to finally solve the problem once and for all
i tried everything i could possibly do but to no avail, but then i found a solution that requires me to go the "hardware" way, and since i was desparate, i tried it and it worked perfectly.
i just simply unplugged my wifi card, and plugged it in. the first time i did that it was fine for 4 months, then the problem came back (maybe because i didnt properly re-plug it the first time) and i did the exact same thing, and until now there hasn't been any problem at all anymore. but it does involve unscrewing the back of your laptop and other parts of your laptp, which is quite intricate and could get messy, so if you're not familiar with this, i suggest going to someone who understands more about hardware. but if youre in a hurry, you can find on youtube how to unplug your wifi card from your specific laptop.
ive tried all the troubleshooting i could possibly do, including the safe mode startup (or whatever it's called), uninstalling-installing-updating the driver, and everything. i mean this is just my case, it might be different for yours, and please do it at your own risk.
also, from my observation, I think that the problem starts to happen when (possibly): 1) im moving my laptop while it's on, it might have gotten shook, 2) when the wifi connection is so bad that it keeps reconnecting repatedly. that might cause the problem (driver disappearing).
PS. after replugging my wifi card, i did encounter the disappearing wifi driver once or twice, and to that problem i used the same solution as others have suggested here (troubleshooting the driver, safe mode startup, etc) without doing the hardware way anymore. but replugging the wifi card really was the key solution because since then there hasnt been any problem anymore
PPS. someone on the replies might have suggested the exact same thing, but that was my solution and i didnt really read all the replies š
