Windows 11: Alt+Tab bolder border?

When using Alt+Tab is there any way to make the "selected window" line, a bit bolder or noticeable? its hard to see which one is the selected one.

I know you can change the color of the outline, but I'm not certain about a way to change the thickness.

The color can be changed from Settings > Personalization > Color > Accent Color.

    As long as you are fully updated to version 22H2 (2nd half of year 2022), you can pick any border color you want, as well as a light or dark background of your choice. Just open settings and choose Personalize / Colors and pick your favorite colors there.

    Hi all-

    This Win11 alt-tab outline has been driving me to distraction too. After reading all the comments, I thought surely some bright spark has already solved this with a registry key entry fix. Sure enough, one search later, I found the below, it works, and I can wait until the new build of Win-11 is available. Worked for me, seems benign, use at own risk.

    The automatic update should eventually make it but it could be a few more weeks/months before it shows up in Settings. If you want to get the 22H2 update immediately without waiting you can go to the Windows 11 download page and run the assistant (it also just does an update, it won't lose any installed files/programs to update using that method).
