Hello !

First of all, sorry for my English.

I am trying to fix BSDO that i get (a lot, like 5 to 10 each day...) on my ASUS A15.

I tried different think to fix this :

-I updates the drivers with the latest version, but also i tried with the recommend version from Asus Support.

-I tested my RAM with Memetest.

  • I made a CHKDSK to see if there was any error.

-And finally, i reinstalled Windows 10

But sadly i still get this damn BSDO...

Just for information i mostly get them when i am on Internet and/or when i am downloading something. But for example i never get issue when i am playing games ( thanks god !). It's weird no ?

Here is the WhoCrash report :

    Hi.

    Sure i understand.

And what about stressing the others Drivers (the microsoft ones) with the Verifier. This make no sense ? Or it's just unlikely that some Microsoft drivers are making this issue ?

I just got a new BSDO. But i never had this message error :

    "Invalid Kernel Task Adress" https://1drv.ms/u/s!AmtA0Sjek2N8gSeS5zw8F9JX7pOK

    thanks.

    Hi baptistesatcher

it is strange that your PC does not crash when it is under pressure while gaming, I can only provide information based on the data in your minidump files, to try to find the source of the crashes, I really cannot guess as to the cause of the crashes, that would not be fair to you.

    Hey.

Sad. This could have been easy to fix !

Do you have any idea what i could test or try now?

I feel that i gone have to accept that there is this BSDO sometimes and there is no fix..

At least , as i said, those never happen when i play games (the reason why i bought this PC). Isn't that weird by the way?

    Thanks for you quick answers.

    Hi baptistesatcher

Thank you for the photos, there is no RAM overclocking on your system so that is not causing the crashes.

    Hey Dave.

    Sorry i had to check what's a XMP profile is : )

So if i understood it's a overclooking option on the ram ? I got a Amd processor not intel so i have to look for DOCP profile right ?

Anyways I didn't found any option or reference to those profiles in my Bios.

Here is a link to 4 photos i took of my Bios if you see where i can check that.

    https://1drv.ms/u/s!AmtA0Sjek2N8gSZNvVXNCEQbklZ3

Sorry i am not really an expert of PC as you can see.

    Thanks man !

    (EDIT)

Seem's like i canno't get the XMP profile on Asus TUF A15 https://www.overclock.net/threads/asus-tuf-gaming-a15-tuf506iu-32gb-of-3200-only-runs-at-2666-will-not-use-xmp-profile.1746122/
