I cannot create a minecraft java profile name

I purchased the Xbox gaming service today.

The game asked me to set up an profile, but when I click the "that's me" button, there is no respone.

Please help. Thanks.

    But I went to Microsoft help, typed everything and nothing helped.

    How would I go about doing this on my phone browser, you have to set it up through the Minecraft launcher.

    Hi i found something out maybe you should try n log out of the acc then relog in or maybe reinstall the game.
