[SOLVED] Working touch-screen as secondary monitors on Windows 11

I have recently a second touch-screen monitor to use with my PC. It works perfectly except for the fact that touch does not work if it is set up as the second display. For Windows 10 I have to use "Table PC Settings" to assign touch input to secondary monitor. On Windows 11 I cannot find any tools like this. So the touch input is always triggering primary monitor.

Hello Mr Adrian,

In the control panel, change the icons to large icons

Then you will be able to see the "Tablet PC" icon, click it.

From there you seem to be familiar with how to do set it up, but will go over the next couple steps just in case you dont.

Click "Setup"

Next, there will be a dialog box to asking if you want the app to make changes, click "yes"

Finally, all your screens should turn white with a this text in the middle of the primary screen "Tap this screen with a single finger to identify it as the touch screen. If this is not the table PC screen, Press Enter to move to the next screen".

Press Enter until you get to the monitor you want to use as a touch screen. NOTE: I am not sure if you can use more than one touch screen with Windows 11... yet.

    This works great if you have local admin rights on your PC. Not so great for corporate users with standard user access.

    Excellent! It worked and yes you can have two touchscreens! I have 1 Laptop and two monitors. The laptop has a touch screen and one monitor does too. After you go through these steps, you are telling the computer that the extra monitor has touchscreen capabilities. Originally when I clicked on the other monitor it was sending the input to the laptop screen.

    I am using a BenQ Touch Monitor. I don't have this problem when using only two. It happened when I added a 3rd monitor.

    Thanks for bringing up your concern in Microsoft Community.

    I understand that you'd like to enable the touch input on your second touch-screen monitor on Windows 11. As a workaround, it is kindly advised to set your second monitor as the primary monitor to achieve the effect.

    Click Start > Settings > Display > Multiple displays > Drag the icon 2 and drag it in front of icon 1, or click icon 2 and then check Make this my main display.
