Laptop Becomes unusable when unplugged

Hey , I laptop becomes so slow(almost unusable when not puggled in to charger). It is happening from tomorrow when I installed GIMP , VLC , 7 Zip, Paint 3D , 3D viewer , bitdefender parental control simultaneously on my pc , I am not sure that it is happening from the installation only . As when plugged in I am not noticing any drop in the performance of my pc . Only in taskmanager I haven't found any process running from these apps except the bitdefender parental control . Also I noted from taskmanager when plugged in my cpu is normally(without any heavy process running in backround) working at a clock speed of3.60 GHz but when not plugged in its speed is about 0.59 GHz

Close Control Panel

Click your Start Button, then just type cmd

On the resulting list, right click Command Prompt and select 'Run as Administrator'

Paste this command into Command prompt and press Enter:

powercfg -restoredefaultschemes

When that command completes, close Command prompt and restart (not shut down) your PC.

    What is the Make and exact Model No. of your laptop, that will be printed on a label on the bottom casing of the laptop?

    In control panel is set as balanced mode also in taskbar power mode it is set as better performance both on battery and charging

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Disconnect form the mains electricity

    Click the Battery icon on you Taskbar, what battery saving mode is selected is that Best Battery Life, if so, set that to Better Battery and check if system performance is better

    Right click that battery icon, choose Power Options, what Power Plan is set in the Control Panel?
