KB5005565 - Issue accessing Shared Printer

One of the systems(Windows 10 Pro - 21H1) in domain had a shared printer (Epson LX-350) which was inaccessible over the network, print works locally without an Issue.

Print was fired from the network system but ends without an error, one of the error logs in administrative Events suggested error 372 and so followed every step as suggested for “PrintNightmare” but unfortunate nothing worked positive. Tried removing the printer from the network desktop and tried to add the shared printer. Now it wass understood that the issue is something restricting the shared printer to be accessed thru any version of Operating System (Tried with another Win 10 & Win 7 Sp1).

Uninstalled KB505565 and was accessible, What is the technical reason and any work around?

    These issues with local and network printing is now causing major issues with local printing too?

    Printing directly to local printer without a print server has become unstable. My resolve is to uninstall print drivers and re-install printers by IP

    Shared printers across my network are still non-responsive and cast errors on the connecting local PC's with both updates KB5006670 & KB5005565 installed .

    Appling this fix to the shared network printer PC

    regedit

    Makes me wonder if these so called experts at Microsoft actually know how to fix this!!

    yep. its getting worse on some PC too. even the host cannot print and the KB5005565 cannot be uninstalled anymore.

    I might revert back to Windows 7 later.

    not yet, i might as well try later. it that "some issues" includes this shared printer issue as well?
